has been shipped.<\/p><p>Tracking updates are provided by independent shipping carriers.<\/p><p>RevCeuticals does not control the accuracy or timing of carrier tracking information.<br \/><\/p><hr\/><p><strong>ARTILCE 8<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>DELIVERY ADDRESS<\/strong><\/p><p>Customers are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information.<\/p><p>RevCeuticals is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer.<\/p><p>If an Order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.<br \/><\/p><hr\/><p><strong>ARTILCE 9<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE<\/strong><\/p><p>Unless otherwise required by applicable law, title to purchased Products and the risk of loss transfer to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier.<\/p><p>Nothing in this Article limits any non-waivable rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.<br \/><\/p><hr\/><p><strong>ARTILCE 10<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>DELIVERY ISSUES<\/strong><\/p><p>Customers should inspect Orders promptly upon delivery.<\/p><p>If a shipment appears:<\/p><ul><li>damaged;<\/li><li>incomplete;<\/li><li>incorrect;<\/li><li>tampered with; or<\/li><li>missing,<\/li><\/ul><p>Customers should contact RevCeuticals as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.<\/p><p>RevCeuticals may request supporting information, including photographs, shipment documentation, or other reasonable evidence to investigate the issue.<br \/><\/p><hr\/><p><strong>ARTILCE 11<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES<\/strong><\/p><p>If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but the Customer cannot locate it, the Customer should:<\/p><ul><li>verify the shipping address;<\/li><li>check nearby locations;<\/li><li>consult household members or neighbors where appropriate;<\/li><li>contact the shipping carrier;<\/li><li>notify RevCeuticals.<\/li><\/ul><p>RevCeuticals will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customers in investigating shipment issues but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement where carrier records indicate successful delivery, except as otherwise required by applicable law.<br \/><\/p><hr\/><p><strong>ARTILCE 12<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS<\/strong><\/p><p>If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of:<\/p><ul><li>an incorrect address;<\/li><li>repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;<\/li><li>refusal by the recipient; or<\/li><li>failure to collect the shipment,<\/li><\/ul><p>RevCeuticals may deduct applicable return
