1. General provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions are addressed both to consumers and to entrepreneurs using the store, unless a given provision of the Terms and Conditions states otherwise and is addressed exclusively to consumers or to entrepreneurs.
  2. These Terms and Conditions define:
    a) the rules for using the store,
    b) the terms for placing orders for products offered by the seller in the store, delivery of ordered products and payment of the sale price of the products by the customer,
    c) the customer’s rights to cancel an order and withdraw from the sales contract,
    d) the rules for submitting and handling complaints.
  3. Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is voluntary, but necessary for the customer to place an order in the store.
  4. Purchases in the store may be made only under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Seller processes only orders shipped within Poland.

2. Definitions and terms

Whenever these Terms and Conditions refer to:

  1. Order fulfilment time – the number of business days within which the Seller will complete the order and ship it to the address indicated by the Customer.
  2. Business day – a day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  3. Order form – an interactive form available in the store enabling an order to be placed.
  4. Customer – a natural person, legal person or an organisational unit without legal personality.
  5. Civil Code – the Act of 23 April 1964 – the Civil Code.
  6. Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making purchases not directly related to their business or professional activity.
  7. Cart – a store functionality enabling selection of products.
  8. Product – a movable item offered in the store.
  9. Terms and Conditions – these store terms and conditions.
  10. GDPR – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
  11. Store – the online store available at

  13. Sales contract – a contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
  14. Electronic service – a service provided electronically by the Seller.
  15. Act on Consumer Rights – the Act of 30 May 2014.
  16. Order – the Customer’s declaration of intent aimed at concluding a sales contract.

3. Placing an order

  1. Use of the order form begins when the Customer adds the first product to the electronic cart in the Store.
  2. Placing an order takes place after the Customer performs all of the following actions:
    a) completing the order form by selecting products and using the “add to cart” button,
    b) clicking the “checkout” button and confirming the order – up to this point, the Customer may modify the order data themselves; if the Customer wishes to continue shopping, they select the “continue shopping” option.
  3. In the order form, the Customer is required to provide the following data: first and last name or company name, address of residence or registered office, e-mail address, contact phone number, and order details, including product(s), quantity, delivery method and place of delivery, and payment method. Customers who are not Consumers are additionally required to provide the company name and VAT ID (NIP) number.
  4. After verifying the correctness of the data, the Customer confirms the order and makes the payment.
  5. The order form constitutes an electronic service provided free of charge, of a one-off nature, which ends when the order is placed or when the Customer stops placing the order.
  6. The agreement for provision of electronic services is concluded when the Customer receives confirmation at the e-mail address indicated in the order form.
  7. The Customer is required in particular to:
    a) provide only true, current and complete data,
    b) promptly update the data if they change,
    c) use the store in a manner consistent with the law, these Terms and Conditions and good practice,
    d) pay the price and other order costs on time,
    e) not provide unlawful content and not take actions that could disrupt the functioning of the store.

4. Shopping rules and product information

  1. Information about products available in the store constitutes an invitation to conclude a sales contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
  2. The product price displayed on the store website is given in Polish zloty and includes all applicable taxes.
  3. Delivery costs are added to the order value after the Customer selects the delivery method.
  4. During the ordering process, the Customer is informed about the total product price including taxes, delivery costs and any other possible fees.
  5. The price shown for each product is binding on both parties at the moment the order is placed and confirmed by the Seller.
  6. The Customer may place orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to restrictions arising from legal regulations.
  7. Placing an order means submitting to the Seller an offer to conclude a sales contract.
  8. The sales contract is concluded when the Customer receives an e-mail confirming acceptance of the order for fulfilment.
  9. The sales contract is concluded in Polish.
  10. Recording and making available the content of the sales contract takes place by making these Terms and Conditions available on the store website and sending the order confirmation to the Customer’s e-mail address.

5. Payments

  1. Orders in the store may be paid for via electronic payment systems, including payment card and fast transfer via PayU.
  2. The payment date is deemed to be the date on which the Seller’s bank account is credited.
  3. Order fulfilment begins after the Seller receives full payment and the payment operator confirms that it has been correctly made.
  4. Detailed information about available payment methods is presented during the ordering process.
  5. The Seller issues a VAT invoice or a fiscal receipt. The Customer agrees to receive the sales document in electronic form to the e-mail address provided when placing the order or in paper form enclosed with the shipment.

6. Shipment and delivery of products

  1. Delivery of products is carried out exclusively within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
  2. Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer via the InPost courier company or to InPost parcel lockers.
  3. Delivery is subject to a fee unless the sales contract states otherwise.
  4. Delivery costs are presented during the ordering process.
  5. The standard shipping time is up to 5 business days from acceptance of the order for fulfilment.
  6. In exceptional cases, the order fulfilment time may be extended, but not longer than 30 business days.

7. Product availability

  1. In the event that an ordered product is unavailable or other obstacles prevent fulfilment of the order, the Seller will inform the Customer by e-mail or phone.
  2. In such case, the order may be cancelled and the payment made will be refunded without undue delay.

8. Right of withdrawal from the contract

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

  4. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the statement of withdrawal.
  5. The Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the product.
  6. The returned product must be sealed and must not show signs of use. The product must have its unopened original packaging.

9. Complaints

  1. Products offered in the store are brand new and original.
  2. The Seller is obliged to deliver a product free from defects.
  3. The Seller is liable under statutory warranty if the sold product has a physical or legal defect.
  4. Complaints should be submitted by e-mail to: contact@revceuticals.pl.
  5. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 calendar days of its receipt.
  6. If a Customer who is a Consumer requests replacement of the product, removal of the defect or a price reduction, and the Seller does not respond to the request within 14 days, the request shall be deemed justified.
  7. If a defect is found, the Customer may request:
    a) replacement of the product with one free from defects,
    b) removal of the defect,
    c) a price reduction,
    d) withdrawal from the contract – if the defect is material.
  8. If the complaint is accepted, the product will be replaced or the amount due will be refunded.
  9. If damage occurring during transport is found, it is recommended to prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier.

10. Warranty terms

  1. Products may be covered by the manufacturer’s, importer’s or seller’s warranty.
  2. Information about the existence and terms of the warranty is provided each time in the product description in the store.
  3. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the Customer’s rights under statutory warranty.

11. Personal data protection

  2. Personal data are processed in accordance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR, for the purpose of:
    a) providing electronic services,
    b) concluding and performing sales contracts,
    c) fulfilling accounting and tax obligations,
    d) marketing of the controller’s own products and services,
    e) pursuing and defending claims.
  3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a sales contract.
  4. Personal data are processed for the duration of the sales contract and after its termination for the period required by law.
  5. The Customer has the right to access the data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object, data portability and withdraw consent at any time.
  6. The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
  7. Personal data are not processed in an automated manner and are not subject to profiling.
  8. The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data.
  9. Data may be disclosed to entities carrying out delivery and payment processing only to the extent necessary to fulfil the order.

Final provisions

In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, generally applicable provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code, the Act of 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means, and the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, as well as other relevant legal provisions.
