PURPOSE

This Shipping Policy explains how RevCeuticals LLC ("RevCeuticals," "Company," "we," "our," or "us") processes, prepares, ships, and delivers Orders purchased through the RevCeuticals Website.

This Shipping Policy forms part of the RevCeuticals Terms of Sale & Website Use.

SHIPPING TERRITORY

RevCeuticals currently accepts Orders for delivery within the United States.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, additional shipping terms, customs requirements, duties, taxes, and import restrictions may apply.

RevCeuticals reserves the right to expand, restrict, or modify shipping destinations at any time.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed after successful payment authorization.

Processing times are separate from estimated shipping or transit times.

Most Orders are expected to be processed within one (1) to three (3) Business Days. During periods of increased demand, product launches, promotional campaigns, holidays, or unforeseen operational events, processing may require additional time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or recognized federal holidays unless otherwise stated.

RevCeuticals shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or other third parties.

ORDER TRACKING

Where available, Customers will receive shipment confirmation containing tracking information after an Order has been shipped.

Tracking updates are provided by independent shipping carriers.

RevCeuticals does not control the accuracy or timing of carrier tracking information.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information.

RevCeuticals is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, additional shipping charges, or losses resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by the Customer.

If an Order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before reshipment.

RISK OF LOSS AND TITLE

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, title to purchased Products and the risk of loss transfer to the Customer upon delivery of the Products to the shipping carrier.

Nothing in this Article limits any non-waivable rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Customers should inspect Orders promptly upon delivery.

If a shipment appears:

• damaged;
• incomplete;
• incorrect;
• tampered with; or
• missing,

Customers should contact RevCeuticals as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

RevCeuticals may request supporting information, including photographs, shipment documentation, or other reasonable evidence to investigate the issue.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but the Customer cannot locate it, the Customer should:

• verify the shipping address;
• check nearby locations;
• consult household members or neighbors where appropriate;
• contact the shipping carrier;
• notify RevCeuticals.

RevCeuticals will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist Customers in investigating shipment issues but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement where carrier records indicate successful delivery, except as otherwise required by applicable law.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned because of:

• an incorrect address;
• repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts;
• refusal by the recipient; or
• failure to collect the shipment,

RevCeuticals may deduct applicable return shipping charges, carrier fees, handling costs, or other reasonable expenses from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

PRE-ORDERS

Products designated as pre-orders are shipped after inventory becomes available.

Estimated release dates are approximate and may change.

If significant delays occur, RevCeuticals may notify affected Customers using the contact information associated with the Order.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS

RevCeuticals may, in its discretion, ship portions of an Order separately where doing so improves fulfillment efficiency or product availability.

Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for partial shipments initiated solely by RevCeuticals unless expressly disclosed before purchase.

FORCE MAJEURE

RevCeuticals shall not be responsible for delays in shipment or delivery resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including:

• severe weather;
• natural disasters;
• labor disruptions;
• public health emergencies;
• transportation interruptions;
• governmental actions;
• customs delays (where applicable);
• cybersecurity incidents affecting logistics;
• carrier disruptions; or
• other Force Majeure Events.
